This document sets out the terms and conditions that govern the use of the website www.gosstuff.com (hereinafter, “the Site”) and the purchase of products through it.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on our online store, you accept these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any of them, please do not use the Site.
1. Website ownership
The Site is operated by GOS STUFF, a brand managed by Carmen Pena Arriaza, with registered address at Carrer de Déu i Mata 140, Atico, 08029, Barcelona, Spain, and contact email hello@gosstuff.com.
2. Purpose of the service
Through this Site, GOS STUFF offers for sale its own designed products, mainly dog accessories made from recycled and repurposed materials.
The user agrees to use the Site and its services in accordance with the law, good faith, and public order, refraining from any fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful use that violates these Terms.
3. Purchase process
To place an order, the user must:
- Select the desired products and add them to the cart.
- Complete the shipping and billing information.
- Make the payment using the available methods (card, PayPal, or any other options offered by Shopify Payments).
Once the process is completed, the user will receive an email confirming that the order has been received. This confirmation does not imply acceptance of the order, which is subject to product availability and payment validation.
4. Prices and taxes
The prices displayed on the Site include VAT (21%) and are expressed in euros (€).
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and shown before finalizing the order.
GOS STUFF reserves the right to modify prices, promotions, or conditions at any time, although such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Orders are shipped from Barcelona (Spain) through partner courier services.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown during checkout.

6. Returns and withdrawal
Customers have a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of withdrawal, in accordance with European regulations.

7. Payment methods
Payments can be made by credit/debit card, PayPal, or any other method enabled by Shopify Payments.
All transactions are secure and processed through encrypted platforms.
GOS STUFF does not store customers’ payment details.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logos, designs, photographs, videos, graphics, etc.) is the property of GOS STUFF or its legitimate owners, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property laws.
Reproduction, distribution, or modification without express written permission is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability
GOS STUFF is not liable for damages or losses arising from improper use of the Site or its products, nor for service interruptions caused by technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure.
The user assumes full responsibility for the use of the purchased products, especially regarding the safety and wellbeing of their pet.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Site.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by Spanish law.
In case of dispute, the parties will submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona (Spain), unless otherwise required by applicable regulations.
