Shipping policy

At GOS STUFF, we prepare every order with care so it arrives in the best possible condition, with secure packaging and shipment tracking.

This policy explains the general shipping conditions for our products.

1. Order processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.

If any item is unavailable, we will contact you to offer an alternative or process the corresponding refund.

2. Shipping to mainland Spain

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 business days from the moment the order leaves our workshop.

Shipments are handled through our partner courier companies, such as Sendcloud, Correos Express, UPS or other logistics providers.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and will always be shown before completing the payment.

3. Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Europe

We ship to Spain, the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands and European countries.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Shipping costs will be calculated during checkout and shown before completing the payment.

For destinations outside the European Union, such as the Canary Islands, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or other territories with their own customs procedures, orders may be subject to taxes, duties, import fees or customs handling charges. These costs are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer.

4. International shipping outside Europe

We may also ship internationally outside Europe.

The shipping cost will be calculated automatically during checkout once you enter your delivery address. Before completing the payment, you will be able to see the shipping price available for your country.

Please note that international shipments outside Europe may be subject to import taxes, duties, local fees, customs charges or handling costs applied by the authorities of the destination country or by the shipping carrier.

These amounts are not included in the product price or in the shipping cost shown on our website, and must be paid by the customer if they apply.

GOS STUFF has no control over these charges, as they depend on the customs regulations of each country.

5. Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of your shipment.

6. Delays or incidents

Although we do our best to ensure that orders arrive within the estimated delivery time, delays may occur for reasons beyond GOS STUFF’s control, such as public holidays, weather conditions, strikes, customs inspections or transport incidents.
