Exchanges, returns and warranty

At GOS STUFF, we want you to be happy with your purchase.
We design accessories made to be used for real: for walking, running, getting dirty, getting wet, travelling and being part of everyday life with your dog. We work with resistant materials, test our products with our own dogs and take care of every detail, but we are also a brand that is just starting out, and we believe in doing things honestly.
This means that, although we do everything we can to make sure every product is perfect, mistakes can still happen. If something is not right, we want to know about it and help you.
Here we explain how exchanges, returns and warranty work in a clear and simple way.
Return period
You have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return, in accordance with your right of withdrawal.
Product condition
To accept a return, the product must be:
✔ Unused and unwashed
✔ In perfect condition
✔ With its original packaging and tags
✔ Free from hair, stains, odours or signs of use
Returns of personalised or made-to-measure products are not accepted.
Size or model exchanges
We do not process automatic exchanges.
If you need a different size, colour or model, you will need to return the product and place a new order for the product you want.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has been sent incorrectly.
We will confirm the return shipping cost by email once we receive your request.
Once payment has been made, we will send you the return label, ready to print or take to a drop-off point.
How to request a return
Write to us at hello@gosstuff.com, including:
- Order number
- Product(s) you would like to return
- Reason for the return
We will reply with:
- Return approval
- Return shipping cost
- Instructions to make the payment
Once payment has been received, we will send you the return label.
When we receive the product and check that it is in good condition, we will process the refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and review your return, we will send you a confirmation email.
If everything is correct:
✔ We will refund the product amount, excluding the shipping cost
✔ We will use the same payment method used for the purchase
✔ The refund may take between 3 and 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
Defective products or incorrect orders
If you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please write to us at hello@gosstuff.com within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photos of the product and your order number.
If the error or defect is confirmed:
✔ GOS STUFF will cover the return shipping costs
✔ You will be able to choose between a replacement or a refund, depending on the case
Product warranty
At GOS STUFF, we make resistant accessories designed to last, but we do not believe in looking the other way if something fails.
If your product has broken or shows an issue that does not correspond to normal use of the accessory, please write to us at hello@gosstuff.com with your order number and some photos of the product. We will review the case carefully and, if it is a manufacturing defect or product failure, we will work with you to find a solution.
Depending on the case, we may offer a repair, replacement, partial replacement or refund.
The warranty covers possible manufacturing defects or product failures that appear during proper use of the accessory.
The warranty does not cover:
✔ Normal aesthetic wear and tear from use
✔ Bites or damage caused by the dog
✔ Cuts, scratches, snags or accidental breakage
✔ Improper use of the product
✔ Damage caused by lack of maintenance or incorrect cleaning
✔ Loss of the product
✔ Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties
Our products are made for real dogs and real adventures, but no accessory is indestructible. If you are unsure whether your case is covered, write to us anyway. We will be happy to review it and help you.
